Openly Gay Athletes

Appearantly, Sheryl Swoopes is gay. Even though it is women’s basketball and nobody watches it, she’s probably one of the biggest athletes to come out of the closet yet.

Finebaum asks:

If Alabama or Auburn had an openly gay football all-American, how would fans react and would they support their lifestyle decision?

I wouldn’t really care, as long as they could kick a field goal.
